What We Offer You

💰 Competitive Compensation Package:

• Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
• Performance bonus potential: Up to $20,000 (based on experience and store performance)
• Total earning potential: $80,000+

Your Mission as General Manager

Lead your restaurant familia to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence. You'll mentor Assistant General Managers and Supervisors while ensuring our authentic Peruvian flavors and hospitality standards shine through every guest interaction.

Key Focus Areas:

• Financial Leadership: Manage P&L, budgets, cost controls, and drive profitable growth
• Team Development: Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members to reach their potential
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, food quality, safety standards, and guest satisfaction
• Community Partnership: Maintain relationships with property management, vendors, and our corporate support team
• Strategic Communication: Collaborate with Area Operations Directors and cross-functional teams

What You Bring to the Table

Essential Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required to support our diverse team)
• 3-5 years fast-casual restaurant management experience
• 2+ years multi-unit QSR/fast-casual management experience
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and controlling costs
• Team leadership expertise in recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching
• Technology proficiency with laptops, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Availability for 50-55 hour work weeks, including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management
• P&L and budgeting experience
• ServSafe Certification
• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and health regulations
• Strong ethical standards with accountability mindset
